    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the teacher knows how to make the material more understandable. It also will help you understand math more in depth.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning more about math in general. I learned how to calculate the area, perimeters of circles and triangles. I learned how to combine all the previous math I had learned.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course you have to memorize math charts, and remember what you learn every week. Studying will be very helpful for this course.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Pre-Calculus was the most difficult class I took in High School. My teacher, Mr. Crawford, was very helpful, but at times I felt as if he rushed through lessons to save time.

    Course highlights:

Pre-Calculus focuses extremely on functions. Anywhere from polynomial functions to rational functions and exponential functions. This class uses many topics previously learned in Algebra. I also enjoyed learning the laws of sines and cosines.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If I were advising a student considering Pre-Calculus, I would first make sure they feel math is one of their strongest subjects. Pre-Calculus is not a class you can breeze through, it is a lot of hard work and requires great focus.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor for this course was not the best at explaining the concepts in a clear manner. The homework was easy but tedious, and the exams as well as long as you studied.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course would have to be when I finally learned the unit circle to where I didn't need to reference the book or a picture of it. Also, I would have to say this course made me a lot stronger in the trigonometric area.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say be prepared to learn an important concept that you will need to memorize in order to facilitate other problems in pre-calculus and later courses as well.
