I would absolutely recommend this course because Mrs. Tapp is a wonderful teacher who helps students understand and care for the environment.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course highlights the fact the we can live in the would and protect our valuable resources. We are here to balance our existence with that of nature. it prove scientific facts that our global environment is changing and human have a significant impact to the changes.

    Course highlights:

One highlight was tying this course to community service. One grade each semester was to tie environmental science to a service project in our community. It may be recycling, showing how protecting water, or planting trees can be a benefit to our environment.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open minded and you are not a tree hugger to take environmental science. The learnings will benefit you even if, like me, science will not be major part of my higher education.
