    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP World history was the hardest course I took in high school but overall the most beneficial because it taught a slacker like me how to hustle and do my work. If you're not ready for a huge workload, don't take this because it takes a lot to do well in this course. The teacher is harsh with her grading but is overall a very kind person and a very good teacher. My writing and studying skills increased greatly with this subject and I would recommend it.

    Course highlights:

You learn literally everything about the entire history of humanity. The old stuff in the summer packet is brutally boring, but the more modern stuff (relatively speaking) like the explorers, the American revolution, and the World Wars is really interesting. You also learn about worldwide economic and social impacts of pretty much every event and essentially learn why things are the way that they are today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

DO THE READING. Read a little bit every night so you aren't reading the entire chapter in one night .
