Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Yield: 10 Servings
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Apples, (Fiji or Granny Smith) peeled, cored and diced (Prepare these last as they may turn
2 peaches, peeled and diced
8 ounces raspberries
8 ounces blueber
1 large chicken breast per group
1 T. oil
1 cup shredded cheese (Colby Jack or Mexican blend cheese)
Quesadilla toppings of your choice: Fresh tomatoes, Lettuce or Onions
1 small tortilla shell per person

2 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate (strawberry, caramel or vanilla) syrup
1. In Kitchen Aid mixing bowl combine cream, sweetened condensed milk and syrup.
2. Mix on speed 2 or 3 with the wire whisk

Yield: 12 rolls
Freeze leftovers after one day, thaw and reheat in microwave.
Can also freeze shaped and unbaked rolls, thaw completely before baking.
