Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For me, science is extremely hard and difficult to grasp; however, Dr. Williams does her best to help students understand. She can be challenging, but if you're willing to do the work, she will definitely help you achieve the grade you want.

    Course highlights:

This course helped to spark an interest in science for me whereas I would never consider science interesting. I learned a wide variety of things such as the ecosystem to how to make cheese in the lab.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend to actually communicate with the professor and attend all study sessions. Also, I would not suggest waiting until the last moment to start studying.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

My professor made this course something I was interested in learning about. She taught more than what was required of her and even added in her own life experiences to make it relatable. She never had to use a PowerPoint or make us copy notes because she was so informed with biology and it inspired me to learn, not memorize.

    Course highlights:

One highlight of this course is discussing foods; it was very amusing to see everyone groan everytime my professor listed a "healthy" food that was anything but that. Another definite highlight was the group rap assignment we had to complete. We were assigned different chapters and were required to compose and perform raps for everyone.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Utilize all tools given. My professor taught a lecture and also made PowerPoints with commentary for those who needed further explanation. Also, don't limit your thinking process; test questions were not basic they required some thinking.
