    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

There's a lot of things we do not question when it comes to the law and a lot of things that we are so unaware about the law, even when we're being question or being arrested by law enforcement or when we signing a contract not fully understanding them and we have people explaining the contract to us and end up owing a lot of money to the company. This can cause a problem financially. We should know our rights and people should always to precaution when signing papers that they're not familiar with.

    Course highlights:

The assignments of studying old court cases. Organizing,Public Speaking, and Briefing a case, understanding how to file a case. Filing a change of venue in case of a trial.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to succeed in this course is the ability to do public speaking and a passion for law. Alway be prepare for the a surprise that might be thrown at you in a case from the defendant or evidence that you may not been aware of. My professor would do a lot of these types of cases a lot to keep us focus, and on task.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He goes over the material way too fast because he expects you to already know it.

    Course highlights:

Forget about being taught anything, apparently you are supposed to teach yourself.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I'm taking him now in spring 2015 and he's very confusing and doesn't stop talking the entire class.
