This course takes an introspective journey into the mind of a manager. How he or she thinks may be very important to subordinates and other colleagues. My goal is to one day become a manager in the Healthcare Sector and this course prepares me for the task ahead.
This course taught me the importance of decision-making skills and the responsibility that comes with being a manager. How to get along with other colleagues and how to react in emergency or unfavorable situations are some of the major elements that I took from this course. This course represents a miniature psychoanalysis of an averager manager and how he or she behaves in the context of an average organization.

Do not just study to pass an exam. Use the knowledge attained to create meaning. Grab a few of the principles taught and keep them because you will need these later in life.
