Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The introduction to criminology is a must for anyone studying criminal justice. Dr. Ochie made it fun and challenging for my peers and I. I love the research papers the most

    Course highlights:

This course opened my mind up to some of the things I already knew. In a way it solidified the real world from just words on a page. I blindly chose this course but this particular subject made me stick with it. It made me want to help the people who felt like they didn't have a voice.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I listened to my professors. I didn't just show up to be seen I showed up to learn as much as I could. I read my textbooks and wrote papers that I wasn't required to write. I asked questions, I researched and I read as if my very life depended on it. It all paid off in the end because all I could do was smile as I sat in my cap and gown about to graduate at the very top of my class. I studied daily. I was told I couldn't do it and that just motivated and propelled me to the top. My classmates were no competition for me because we were all there but for different reasons.
