    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This might be one of the most challenging courses I have ever taken. However, throughout the year you grow as a scientist, student, and person.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part has got to be the genetics. It's absolutely crazy to see the probability of having things like blue eyes, short, tall, double-jointed, etc... your child can be based on the genetics of the parents. Punnett squares will get tiring but never the results you yield.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY! I promise that even though some science classes have been the easiest out of my whole schedule in the past, this is not one of them. If you want to be successful you have to be motivated and spend some time outside of school just being curious about what you are actually learning. Always be engaging in class discussions and talk to your teacher if you are struggling.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the teacher challenges you to think outside of the box.

    Course highlights:

During this course we went over cell parts, we learned to distinguish the organs of various animals through dissection, and DNA and RNA.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate and study, study, study!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I personally recommend it for those going into the medical field.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot on the body which I will one day use in my career.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you like the body and learning on species, take it!
