    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Walker was an amazing teacher and the subject itself was rather easy to learn. Also if you take the AP test you'll get the credit for college. It was a very easy A

    Course highlights:

I learned a whole bunch about American history. Mostly because Mr. Walker would always tell us fun tidbits about whatever we were learning that weren't in the textbook.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your study guides and read the book a little. It helps with tests. Don't slack off that'll get you nowhere.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you're really interested about history then i highly recommend this course! There's a lot of reading involved each night but there is no doubt that you'll learn several things.

    Course highlights:

You gain a lot of knowledge from the daily readings you get assigned for homework each night. I learned that i had to stay on top of my readings each night or else i wouldn't understand the lesson in class the following day.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your readings each night. I can overall say that your book is your teacher. Most of the learning in this course comes from your book! To ace the tests in this course you must make sure you've read all the chapters you were assigned in that unit.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is challenging in so many ways, but the teacher constantly makes an effort to help in any way that she can and makes learning fun! This class became my favorite from the minute I sat in my seat that first day of school, and I can't imagine trying to conquer this difficult class without a teacher as understanding and supportive as Mr. Russell.

    Course highlights:

One of my favorite things that we did in this class was the American Identity project. In this project, we had to define what the American Identity was to us; this project really stretched all of the students in our creativity, independent studies, and allowed us to apply all that we had learned throughout the semester into a single project.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't like reading, putting in extra hours outside of class, and having to be creative in your studies: this is NOT the class for you. This class will be challenging, but it isn't impossible. You will have to do lots of group projects and you must be able to stretch yourself.
