    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Excellent teachers that manage to give an unabridged, seemingly unbiased view of US history. You learn about the impact on today's society and how those lessons can be used to better understand your own life.

    Course highlights:

The lectures. Both my teachers had a way of presenting history more as a story rather than bland facts from a book. They were excited, very passionate, and very willing to answer questions we had.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book, seriously, a lot of people will tell you that you can just skim it but if you take time to genuinely read the book I can all but guarantee an 'A' in the class.

    Course highlights:

I learned the ins and outs of what makes the United States the way that it is today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The class gets easier as soon as you learn the study techniques that work for you.
