    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I enjoy chemistry because it was a part of science that I could directly relate to real life events.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning how to solve and balance chemical formulas.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise the students to make real life applications. This will allow you to be more familiar with the content and understand the basic parts of chemistry.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I'd reccomend this course because not only is it interesting, but it opens your mind to a broader science. Chemistry not only answers a lot of questions you may have about this world, but it gives one his own perception as to the composition of this world. It makes people want to go broader with their studies which could lead to some interesting careers in the field of chemistry.

    Course highlights:

Throughout my chemistry course, i learned alot of things about ions. I learned that there are positive and negative ions which could be combined in a number of ways to create things such as fireworks. Then a question popped into my head, " if a 16 year old kid can create his own fireworks with the simple knowledge of the way ions work, imagine what one could manifest if he went broader with his studies?" so not only was chemistry fun, but it guided my mind toward desire of a broader study!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you decide you want to take this course, dont be afraid to ask your teacher or yourself questions. The questions that you come up with will not only keep you interested in the course, but it will open doors for your future as far as careers amd post-highschool studies.
