    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Because the way he sets up the class in groups allows you to understand and share your knowledge with your classmates, which is a very effective way of learning.

    Course highlights:

Cellular structure, Biological organization, different systems within the body.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Plan to have enough time to study the material and go prepared to class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He is technically considered the "harder" teacher for General Chemistry, but I think he has a good way of explaining things. He doesn't mess around or let you slack off- so if you tend to be unmotivated, his class forces you to be involved. I also think he really cares about the students and I always felt I could go to his office to ask him questions after class if I needed. I think he genuinely cares about his students! *One thing I didn't like is the way he cares so much about significant figures. My math teachers didn't even care about sig figs the way he does. You can literally loose points for not using the correct sig digs.

    Course highlights:

This is your typically introductory chemistry course so you learn all the basics- first semester was a lot easier than second for me.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your text book and at the end of the year when you take the standardized Chem test, buy the study book a few weeks in advance and actually do it. I
