    Loveless is compassionate and clever, she's well-read without being pretentious.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a admiration for literature and observing rhetoric.

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to study, just because you think you can make it through with a B+ in the class doesn't mean you'll pass the class.

    Course Overview:

    This class was always kept interesting! I learned more in this English class than I think I have in any previous one. Mrs. White is an amazing teacher and always pushes us to do our best, which is why I became a better writer.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were; learning how to tackle 3 long essays in 2 hours, analyzing every detail of every book we read (made reading a lot more interesting,) and knowing how to answer AP/MCs like pros!

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Put effort into writing. Always use a black pen when writing essays. Memorize at least 5 of the 5 little words and rhetorical strategies

    Course Overview:

    AP Literature provides a new outlook on the world; you dive deeper into books, poetry, songs, and creative works. You develop a deeper understanding of historic people who were key influencers in culture today, which allows you to understand the world and humanity a bit better. Ms. Loveless guides you through this course will providing life lessons.

    Course highlights:

    All of the life lessons from this course have given me a new look on life; there's more hope and understanding now, and I have more interest in the foundations of culture. Reading and understanding text becomes easier, and I am far more prepared for college, especially with writing all types of essays and any multiple choice test over text.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    You need to have drive. Listen in class, pay attention during lectures and seminars; you will learn so much about your teacher, your classmates, and most importantly yourself. Make sure to read and have an understanding of any assigned book, it will make the course a lot easier.
