    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is phenomenal, great material and positive learning environment.

    Course highlights:

You will live the class having learned about different peoples and cultures through time and around the world, and hopefully some college credits as well!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study throughout each unit for the tests, they are difficult and detailed. Start on projects as soon as they are assigned as they will take a long time. (Colonization and travelers project)

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Fred is a very energetic teacher and is excited to guide his students along the path to success. However he will not go easy on his students. It is important to remain persistent in your study habits and lose momentum when your schedule gets busy. You will want to hard earned credit from this class at the end of the year!

    Course highlights:

This course taught in great depth the history of the world as far back as we know. It was exciting to see how detailed the lessons were about different eras. The projects were very original and fun to produce.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This is not an easy class. Taking it as a Sophmore was nice because it was one of the few difficult classes I was taking. It took a lot of dedication it overall was worth it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He course is overall challenging, but not impossible. If you stay on top of your studies and ask for help when necessary, there is no doubt that you won't pass the class, getting your college hours completed.

    Course highlights:

This course widened my knowledge of history and I learned a lot of new material. The highlight was preparing for the final exam. That is the true test of whether or not the whole year of taking that course was worth it, or if you strained yourself the whole way through and just barely passed the class.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study the material everyday, even though there are no assignments for it. Do all of the reviews for the exams and go through the chapters again. When preparing for the AP Exam at the end of the year, study ALL of the tests, quizzes, power points, notes, and re watch all of the videos.
