Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is very informative and interesting for future educators! In a world where technology is constantly growing in our daily lives it is incredibly important for us to learn about how we can incorporate new and exciting technologies into our schools.

    Course highlights:

For me, the highlight of this course was the Capstone Final Project. We created our own website in which we embedded lesson plans for the grade level of our choice. These lesson plans had to include technologies and websites we had learned about throughout the course, which was a great way for us to really see how we could apply what we had learned into our lesson plans we might use in the future.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It may seem like a lot of work at first, but do not panic. Dr. Hatten is so great about giving step-by-step instructions on everything he assigns and once you get started on an assignment you'll be able to pick it up easily. Not everyone is gifted when it comes to technology but this is a great class to take no matter if you are a beginner or an expert!
