Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Most of you who take this class are most likely a biomedical or a pre-health student. My recommendation would be is to not overload this class with other important required classes. Take it at a slow pace

    Course highlights:

I learned about lenses, and magnetic filds

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take this class with an overload of other difficult classes. Homework is required and studying is required as well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love Physics, so perhaps I am biased, but this was a great course. Dr. Criss is an incredibly teacher. He is funny, charming, and brings physics together in a well thought-out way. My complaints, however, are that he can often be pretentious and off-putting, the advanced physics course was not offered this summer, but still treated us all as "regular students", meaning dumb. He looked down on us and chided students for honest questions. Finally, I did not appreciate him cutting most of the material out of the class. He felt we did not have time to cover it all, but we had plenty of time, he should have expected an accelerated pace.

    Course highlights:

    Thermodynamics, Electricity and Magnetism, Optics

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook. Dedicate time out of every week to reviewing notes, at lest skimming the chapters for relevant material, trying practice problems, and comparing what you learn to online research into the subject. Do this, you will get an A.
