    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Out of the two professors that can teach physics, McCormick is reasonable and very patient with his students, so I really recommend taking his class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from going to McCormick's office hours. I liked how he would show with some instruments what we were learning in our lectures. Also, after the second test, he showed us how to solve the problems that the class had most trouble with.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Take enough time to solve McCormick's test reviews and ask questions when you do not understand.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Criss was a fantastic teacher, who explained information fully and still kept class interesting.

    Course highlights:

This was a basic Physics 1 course, so the main focus was on Free Body Diagrams. Criss' explanations elucidated the process completely.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the online work, and always write down every step in the process of doing a problem.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor is very knowledgeable about physics but is difficult to understand because of his accent. I recommend taking it with a different professor and the problem solving class on the side.

    Course highlights:

This is overall a very interesting course and provides practical as well as technical knowlege

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Find an older student who did well in this course and ask them for help. Also reach out to your classmates and do work together.
