Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He's a great professor that wants to make sure you understand the basic principles of Bio. Very caring and also encourages you to visit his office hours to ask him questions. He tries to help students as much as he can to see them succeed in the course.

    Course highlights:

His teaching style is great and i was able to finish the class with an A. His tests are great and he also provides study guides that will help greatly. I will be taking him again for genetics because of how much I have enjoyed having him as a professor.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you attend class and study the clicker questions! Take notes and visit his office hours if you have any questions that you are not sure of.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was an extremely interesting course that I would recommend to anyone who is interested in life sciences, but it is a very detail oriented course and requires a lot of work.

    Course highlights:

I found that the best part of the class was getting to learn about the different animals - even though this was the most detailed and difficult part of the class. You also learn about principles of biology and the ecosystems.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be prepared to study. Thankfully the tests are multiple choice but you still need to know the details to select the right answer. Also the homework is very important so pay close attention because you are graded on accuracy.
