    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend studying a lot for the midterm and final, they are challenging

    Course highlights:

It was interesting, everything in lab was based off the lecture

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the lab manual, study the PowerPoints, and draw out the specimens well

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is incredibly interesting. Biodiversity Lab is so much fun when it is actually enjoyed. I was able to learn about homologous structures and evolution and its incredible understanding that certain animals are related when they look nothing alike.

    Course highlights:

In this lab we are able to dissect some marine life which was incredible. I learned about the boys of the animals and how they functioned. I also learned about the ancestory of organisms and which organisms share specific functions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I am sure everyone wanting to become some type of doctor will be taking this class but my advice would be just to enjoy it. Once I sat down and made myself interested in learning about the organisms I really surprised myself at how much I enjoyed Biology.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course if you have a strong passion for biology and aren't squeamish. In this course, you will be dealing with insects and other invertebrates in this lab.

    Course highlights:

Contrary to most, dealing with invertebrates was the highlights of this course for me! I learned that some plants can have a multicellular haploid generation and a multicellular diploid generation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is a requirement for a biology degree. It also must be taken with the lecture BSC 2011 unlike Chemistry.
