    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course helped a lot with the college experience. It showed how each student should be acting and what their responsibilities as a college student are. It allowed each student to make a goal that they wish to achieve by the end of college, and steps to help reach it.

    Course highlights:

Through this course I was able to set my priorities straight, I was able to distinguish what comes first and what comes second. I was also able to create a resume for future jobs, and learn about the different resources found around school.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work. This course requires you to do 3 modules or more a week, as long as you do your modules and turn them in on time you will do fine. Take your time and do not procrastinate, actually take the time to learn what each module has to teach.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

My SLS was specifically based on pre-medicine and in my opinion it really helped to have all of the requirements to get into medicine school shown to me at such an early point in my career. We were also given research projects that helped me learn more about the profession that I plan to pursue.

    Course highlights:

It is not a difficult course, but it is one where you really get to now your fellow students and professor. As mentioned previously, we were assigned research on some of the professions that we might be interested in pursuing in the future, which I think was a really big help.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just make sure you get all of the work done and communicate with your professor if you have any issues, professor Albaum was certainly willing to work anything out with me!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, because it helps you get ready for the beast that is college. College for me seemed overwhelming at first, but being in that class it helped, bring the huge campus down a lot, plus with meeting new people in the class it made it easier.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was just merely bringing out the best in us and making us more confident. Our teacher was very well-spoken and we learned lot's from her regarding the school, she told us about countless resources on campus for us to use, to help us, in anything we may need. It also was preparing us for college, and trying to get in the right mentality, and leave that high school mentality behind, like procrastination, not studying, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The course is extremely easy, I can't stress that enough, and at the end of the day it is there to help you and make you a better person, plus it is a good class to raise your GPA up, because I passed with a 100% easily, the assignments were pretty self explanatory, you just need to submit your assignments in on time, and participate in class, and if possible get the class at a later time instead of in the morning, so you will be energetic.
