    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are very interested in the different religions that exist and are very good at memorizing information than you shouldn't have trouble in this class. However, if you don't have a big interest in regions then I wouldn't take this class because in this class you have to memorize so many things that are specific ti each region so it can be very difficult to do good in this class.

    Course highlights:

I did get to learn in depth about my religion which I thought was very cool. You also learn a lot of different things about all these regions that exist all over the world and how they operate and formed.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you stay on pace with this course and don't get behind in the assignments. I would also recommend studying the notes you take everyday in class that way you learn a little at a time and don't crave everything all at once right before the test.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone interested in the humanities or religious studies. It was a very insightful course that really made me think about how religion affects society and vice versa.

    Course highlights:

The in-class discussions were engaging and interesting. They never became offensive or aggressive. The professor was very good at helping direct discussions and keeping them in line with class material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I can give is to just stay on top of the readings and to prepare to write a lot. The professor was always willing to help students with their essays and provided great feedback so take advantage of that.
