    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor and TA's are super laid back. As long as you go to the lectures, it will be easy.

    Course highlights:

I was able to understand research and what's important to look at when interrogating claims.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class lectures and discussions. Use notecards to study for exams.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was boring at times, but overall I would recommend it. It's essentially an easy "A" class. The homework assignments and writing assignments are relatively easy and short to follow. The lectures can be somewhat of a snoozefest but the professor does his best to get us to engage.

    Course highlights:

It is a lot of review from the basics of psychology, which makes it easy. You learn a lot about how psychologists conduct their research and what all goes behind conducting a study of any sort.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, attend the friday "help" meetings (additional lectures with a TA to review what you learned that week and to go over homework assignments in depth). I read the book pretty often, but had I decided not to read a chapter or section, the lecture pretty much covered it. The exams are straightforward and very much so like the quizzes (sometimes even the EXACT SAME QUESTIONS). The homework is easy so long as you attend the friday meetings. Overall, easy, low maintenance, attendance required.
