    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was one of my favorite classes at USF! Professor Hall is a brilliant teacher, and I learned so much from this course. Now I put what I used from Nutrition into my everyday life, and I feel healthier and happier.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Hall's stories are always entertaining, and learning about how foods effect the body was interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are going to be fully engaged! SLacking off will definitely not help in this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend it because it was my favorite class that semester. I learned a lot of important information in that class and now have a better diet as well.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed this course the most because it was an online course and I could learn right from my bed sometimes! Though, besides that aspect I really enjoyed learning how to have a healthier diet because before i took this class i had an awful junk food diet.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell them to make sure to check online everyday and make sure you meet all the deadlines because there is not many grades and if you miss an assignment it can possibly bring you down. Other than that it was an exciting interesting course that I would recommend to everyone.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Very interesting and gives you a different outlook on nutrition and drive you to eat healthier.

    Course highlights:

I learned how much protein intake my body should receive and also learned that my body isnt receiving all the nutrient I should be intaking based off of my horrible eating habits.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not wait until the last week to do all of the module assignments just because the first 6 modules were all due after the first month of the summer session. Make sure you at least do one module a week so you are not cramming and stressing out.
