Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is essential to learn how to further present yourself in a public setting. To make a first impression that will last and a point to be made with your voice.

    Course highlights:

My Highlight for my Class would have to be my "Apple Juice" speech. I learned that there was more to the juice than just a good taste. But my teacher was able top help with my faults such as "posture".

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the research and make sure you have an outline. Skim over your outline before every speech you make and stay calm. People will see when you are nervous.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class is easy to succeed in, and can help any student become a better speaker in class, or in a publuc setting.

    Course highlights:

I learned more about what public speaking is all about. I learned that I am a good writer, and that I can annunciate myself clearly.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not let the name of the course discourage you. It is not as bad as you think

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I had this instructor for ENG 101 as well, and i learned from her so many things i wouldn't have other wise. But especially with Public Speaking, i recommend trying to relate every speech to your personal life because talking about something you know is a lot easier than writing a speech and trying to memorize something that you know nothing about.

    Course highlights:

I have come to realize that from taking this course, i have gained a confidence in myself to speak about what i want to speak about. I never had a problem with going in front of a group of people and speaking to them< i had a fear of speaking my own words, and having them judge me based on the content of that. I learned from this course to have a little more trust in myself along with those around me. Not everyone is mean, and not everyone judges, especially on a topic others would be interested in as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely write your speeches as soon as you get the criteria about it, so that way you have all week to memorize and revise it.
