Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Chef higgins definitely knows her stuff in baking and pastry. She wants to see all of her students strive for the best in this field. As long as you have your recipes (Not copied and pasted) and do your work then you'll excel in that class.

    Course highlights:

New piping techniques when it came time for it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

READ THE CHAPTERS BEFORE CLASS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD READ! Also read your recipes because there are modifications on the syllabus and you don't want to come in and have a full recipe while everyone else has 1/2.
