    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I actually attend the Nashville branch and I would only recommend it to people who are already kitchen savvy.

    Course highlights:

    You learn how to plate food on a professional level and elevates your portfolio.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Be ready to work hard and you have to actually practice before you do it in class to achieve the right result.

    The instructors are very passionate about their jobs with makes learning exciting.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight of the course is learning new things to cook. I learned to make chicken Chardonnay.

    Make sure you do your recipe cards.

    Course Overview:

    It is a wonder way to get your foot in the door and all the basic skills in techniques that you would use for the duration of your time in this career.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were learning the different ways to cook, the knife cuts, how to fabricate a chicken, and filet a fish. It was just so educational.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would advise students to not miss days, because when it comes to Midterms and finals that information you missed could hurt your tremendously.
