Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Mrs. Pugar English IV because i feel as though she teaches as a college professor and will prepare you during your senior year for a college course. The work Pugar has planned for us this semester, i'm pretty excited about because i know all that i learn in her class will help me later on in life when i go to college this upcoming fall.

    Course highlights:

Well with this being only the second week of the new semester, we haven't got into to much work yet, but we do have a big research project that is worth 50% of our final project grade for a novel that we have to read. I learned a lot about old English in just two weeks and how the Anglo-Saxon used it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to stay FOCUSED throughout this course. Due dates come up pretty quick and you have to be able to keep up with them. As long as you do your work and hand everything in ON TIME then you will not have any problems.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend she's a pretty good literature teacher.

    Course highlights:

I have gained more insight into English literature, that I other wise wouldn't have noticed. For those deciding on taking the course I advise to prepare for long debates in philosophy, mainly of which will be focuses on death! oh yea, the vast majority of the books have a depressing undertone.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For those taking the class, I recommend reading the unit's books beforehand. Mrs.Bongaardt isn't a fan of a lot chapter by chapter classwork. She wants class conversations, and for students to have outside the box world views.
