Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course tests your limits, it being the first AP course you'll take as a sophomore. It's vigorous and time and effort must be poured into your work. this course helped me appreciate the work I handed in, and put into perspective the importance of education.

    Course highlights:

    - New Study Methods - Helpful Habits - Preparation for a real college setting

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study! Study! Study! DO NOT WAIT! Ask your professor if you have any questions and don't be afraid to be bold in your writing and note taking. Have fun with it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend only taking an AP course in a subject that you like and are comfortable with.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was getting to work together on the many group projects that we were given.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you actually like history and have a strong work ethic.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is the first AP course available to high school students (from what I believe) and it better prepares you for college level classes.

    Course highlights:

The content itself was not the best part of the course, it was the preparation for college that truly helped. It teaches you good study habits and how to manage time for classes. It also is a mentally trying course, so it gives insight to how college level courses will feel like. However, I LOVE history and I found the textbook to be more like a story book, but with truth in it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take this course if you do not like reading, writing or history. It is heavy on reading content and essay writing. However, I would recommend it even just for the college experience I personally struggled at the start, but now I have A's in the class and I actually enjoy reading about more aspects of history like WWII and the discovery of the Caribbean islands or the new technology in China.
