    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to future students, because the opportunity to learn about my nation has provided me with a new appreciation for what struggles the nation faces today.

    Course highlights:

I deeply enjoyed learning about foreign conflicts like WWI, WWII, and the Korean War. Analyzing their causes and effects allowed me to see patterns in history and even in our world today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in APUSH, stay committed to the workload, engage in class discussions, and actually try to learn something new each class. DO NOT solely use the internet to find each individual question.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend US History because of how it opens a new way of thinking. You learn about the past and in some cases, it may become insignificant but that's when you realize there is more and it being intertwined. Not only that but, if you have the best teacher in the game of teaching, it's like you're on an episode of the magic school bus.

    Course highlights:

Going through US History AP I gained knowledge on not what to do! Hear me out when I say "History Repeats itself", and that saying is known to everybody who has taken any history class before. Yet, people do not take the advantage of what they learn. In US History, through all the notes, crash courses, and class debates it taught me how I felt on social and historic problems and how to avoid repeating those problems. To me, the class became a huge opener on how classes should be taught, with education and lessons integrated with Student and social trends. In closing not only did the class influence me on my way of thinking but it made me realize writing is one of the, if not the most important skill in anyone's life. If there's one thing that I will always remember that was true to this was even though Alexander Hamilton caught been with every other founding father, he still got his message across all on the strength of his writing and it take practice to even become close to perfect if not memorable to America like him.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Anyone taking US History or any AP course, in general, is to stay on top of the work. Anyone can study for hours or even minutes to retain the information but, if you do not learn how to be consistent and efficient on completing an assignment you will struggle later on in life with other situations.
