    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Privett is a great teacher overall, and he works for the student to understand the activity, the quiz, and the lab. He is willing to put forth the time and effort as long as the student does. Mr. Privett wants everyone to pass the IB exams and will help the students get there. He helps the students conduct lab experiments and explains the lab report every time before, during, or after the lab.

    Course highlights:

I am still taking the course because IB Chemistry is a two year course. So far what we have learned about radioisotopes, half life, decay, mole calculations, moles, density, empirical formula, and more. The highlights of the course has been the labs conducted by the students and Mr. Privett. To give us a deeper understanding of what we are learning. Also, the images the are continually drawn on his board along the lines of a burger, cake, and bever.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

All you have to do is read the chapter and study the items when they are given to you. Doing the labs and turning them in on time is for your benefit. The testes are very hard so study. If you have a question do not be afraid to ask because Mr. Privett will answer them.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend it, because while the teacher is extremely smart, he has a hard time making the information understandable to the every day high school student.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot more about atoms and how their components react with one another and with the components of other atoms.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to take good notes and do a lot of practice problems.
