    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

English AP is a vigorous course. You have to prepare yourself to read ALOT of books. And I mean 200+ page books read every couple of weeks. Plus you have to take tests and write papers over the material. If you can't handle that then this course is definitely not for you. But if you can then it's a very enriching literature experience because every book has it's own interesting message, and the topics are very broad and can cover issues such as race, gender, adventure, poverty, romance, and war. So there's something for everybody. Pick your poison.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the books. The books were interesting and thought provoking. It's not books that leave your mind after a couple of days it's books that actually make you think about life, love and the issues we're facing today and issues we've faced in the past. It also makes you feel smarter to have checked another book off that you've read.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important advice I can give is to READ! And read thoroughly. Also take notes over every single chapter that you've read so you remember details better and can be better prepared for the tests and papers.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend it if you do not know how to manage your time efficiently because all we did was write essays

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge on how to manage my time more efficiently

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to your professor because most likely they give a big important message with all the jabber they give

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was my favorite course, the reading material is amazing, and the teacher has an amazing way of making you feel and understand the books you read and see life in a different way.

    Course highlights:

I learned to be open minded, sometimes the world isn't what it seems, its way worse. Group discussions were most definitely my favorite.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your game, do not slack otherwise it will be hard to catch up.
