    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you're interested in a business or economics major in college this class is one you should definitely take. It is usually required for these majors, so you can get it under your belt ahead of time. The curriculum is very practical and useful as well. ost of the information applies to patterns or consumers and producers in the market, so you are constantly using your new knowledge outside of school.

    Course highlights:

If you're lucky you will get to do the Stock Market Game. This is a virtual simulation of the stock market where you and your group is given $100,000 to spend in the stock market with the goal of obtaining the largest profit possible. This teaches you a lot about the stock trends and investment strategies, which are a big focus in the course, as well as allow you to compete with your classmates and groups across the country.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! It is a rewarding class with lots of useful practical information. You leave the class feeling more informed on the current market and economy, and you have very interesting conversations each and every day.
