Not too easy. Not too difficult.

I would recommend this course because I enjoyed the teacher and working with my classmates to learn about our country.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed this course because it allowed me to learn more about the country we live in. I was able to study the history of our country and trace how that created the society we live in today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to space out their note taking and to not try and do all their notes in one night.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very difficult for those who are not keen on social studies or memorization. There is heavy coursework that stays consistent throughout the entire year, and tests are difficult. If you enjoy history, this class may challenge you in a positive way. However, if you are not good at history, this course may not be enjoyable at all.

    Course highlights:

This class focused on US History, what happened and why. The content is definitely interesting in comparison to the standard story of the history of the United States, in consideration to the formation of the US as a sovereign state, minority populations coming into the U.S, and the coming of the Industrial Revolution, Wars of the 1900s, and how it formed the US today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure that you know how to manage your time properly and that you can pay attention to classwork thoroughly. Otherwise, it may be difficult to stay on top of tests as well as your learning in general.
