    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Between Pre-Calculus and Math Models, definitely take pre-calc. As hard of a math class as it was, it was definitely the most rewarding. I struggled throughout the entire year, but the hard work and dedication that I had to put in as a result of my struggles only paid off in the end. As long as you pay attention to the lessons, attend tutorials, ask questions, and put in the work on YOUR end, there shouldn't be a problem with getting you through the class.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was definitely the grades that I got. I know that sounds braggy, but I was so proud of my progress throughout the entire year. Like I said, I had to put in a lot of work on my end to succeed in the class, and I've never been more proud of myself in taking on such a challenge. Not only did I learn a lot about conics, functions, and logarithms, but I also learned a lot about myself, my motivation/goals, and how determined I can be when I set my mind to something.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you pay attention in class. Don't be afraid to ask questions: they'll be your biggest help. Ask all the questions you have, you're only fooling yourself by not doing so. Make sure you reread and review all your lecture notes, and ask for additional help or work if you need it.
