    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class helps a ton in learning how to write academically, therefore helping write good essays for scholarships and college applications and for any other classes that have you write essays.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were writing discriptive papers and different types of essays than I have ever written before. It is much different than the boring required common core Englsih classes.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention during class so you get all the instructions down correctly. Conference with your teacher at least once during the drafting stages so you can get as high a score as possible. Also spend time on your own and do not procrastinate.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because, it helped me to be more college ready. Essays aren't as intimidating, and I now know how to go about writing a worthwhile one. This class increased my thinking capacity, and made me want to learn everything all at once. It was a wonderful class.

    Course highlights:

This class exponentially increased my writing skills, helped me to organize essays, use grammar, increase varied punctuation, and think about how I wished to use my words. I loved the reading material we had, annotations, and innovation in learning. I learned how to write bibliographies, and cite my sources. This is a definite college must.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to listen to your professors, and take notes. Each writer has profound styles and opinions about writing, if you want an A in the class observe what style your professor likes, follow their instructions, and also tactfully bring in your own styles thoughts and opinions. If you know the expectations you can better fulfill them.
