    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, because you learn how the world works. I learned how things in my daily life worked like: the radio, microwaves, and simple things like why women's high heels sink in the ground. After I learned these things, I was more aware of the world around and I took time to look at the little details and wonder how things worked. This course helped me apply what I have learned in class into my daily life. Everything that I learned I could apply to my life which helped me remember what was taught to me

    Course highlights:

In this course, we did many hands on activities like building our own rockets, building solar cars, and building a solar oven. Not only were these labs fun, they helped me learn how physics worked and remember the criteria my teacher taught. I learned about waves, work and force, velocity, energy, and surface area/pressure. With each item we were taught, we did a hands on labs weekly. In the labs, it gave us a chance to scientifically think on how we were to solve the problem. I learned many valuable things in the course and I enjoyed every minute of it.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise incoming students to ask questions when you don't understand the material or get lost. Immediately asking questions will help you clear up the confusion and you will be on the right track. I also would advise to retake any quizzes or tests when you didn't perform to the best of your abilities. Take the opportunity to have second chance. You will learn the material and get a better grade!
