    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course for all students wanting to be a teacher. It gives you hands on course work and at Northwest you get to work in the kindergarten on campus. It gives you the skills you need to become a successful teacher and I absolutely love it and would not trade it for the world.

    Course highlights:

I have learned how to make successful lesson plans that keep the kids on task and focused. I think that I have learned more than I would have ever envisioned myself learning. Whenever there is an issue the teachers whether it be Mrs. Abbott or the kindergarten teacher are ALWAYS there for the students whenever they need help.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You always need to be prepared and have your lessons done ahead of time and there is always need for mistakes there is never a time when you do not make mistakes. Just do not be afraid to make mistakes or think that you are going to be in trouble. You will never be in trouble for any of that.
