Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Ford is one of the best teachers I've ever had. She teaches an interesting course that will challenge you, but is also very manageable.

    Course highlights:

Something English classes taught me in the past, but never really stuck with me was how to use colons and semi-colons. This is something that I still remember very well from English 11. Mrs. Ford also had us read several interesting stories. I've always had trouble understanding the books we read in school, but Mrs. Ford helped us interpret them and understand these stories.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Follow directions. Use study guides. Pay attention in class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it taught me about poetry, and modern English. It was challenging but made me strive to do my best and reach my goal.

    Course highlights:

I learned better public speaking, and how to give organized presentations. We learned a lot of poetry as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to write, type, and give presentations. Regardless if you like it or not.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took ENG 11 Honers and I would recommend it because it really does prepare you for future English classes. I think taking any advance courses help you get a bit ahead, while teaching you more things.

    Course highlights:

Being able to write an essay without being too overwhelmed with length. After writing a ton, essays are no problem for me anymore.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't wait until the last minute! You'll find you'll find yourself stressed and over worked. Do some a little every night and space your work out.
