    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone, because Mrs. Wimmer is an amazing teacher. History is not my strong suit and she made me learn things that I have never even heard of before. Although I didn't pass the AP test I still learned a lot about the history of this great country of ours.

    Course highlights:

This course was hard, but it definitely taught me how to manage my time better and I definitely learned to not procrastinate. I also learned a lot about how our country came to be an independent country and the struggles that our ancestors had to go through to get it this way.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you are organized and DO NOT procrastinate. This class is hard enough by itself, but when you procrastinate and leave everything for the end it will be even more difficult. Pay attention in class, try your hardest not to zone out, because everything that comes out of Mrs. Wimmer's mouth is important.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teachers here are tremendous and truly care about your success. They provide many different ways to study and be prepared for your IB tests which can be very stressful. As a student it is helpful to know that the teacher truly cares about you instead of it just being a job to them, its a passion. You are opened up to doors and opportunities you never knew about.

    Course highlights:

I learned about 20th century history, war and total war, the Arab/Israeli conflict, and everything important in the 20th century.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes in class, be prepared for your IB test and learn from those around you. Take part in class discussions and have fun with your fellow IB classmates. Being prepared and knowledgeable about the topic of discussion for the day makes you so much better off and stronger in the subject.
