    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is much better to take the class here with lots of teacher support, than it is to take it in college where you have to pay and it will be harder.

    Course highlights:

More Advanced algebra skills, how to be detail oriented.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all your homework, review all the test problems

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it for students who are very dedicated and willing to stay caught up with all the assignments. Although the math is particularly tough, it is fast course. The teacher is there to help, but in the end what will allow you to pull through with a passing grade is by staying caught up with the homework, study guides, and lessons. If you already have a heavy course load or aren't able to dedicate at least 2 hours to homework and studying, then I wouldn't recommend taking this class.

    Course highlights:

Before taking this class, I didn't understand logarithms very well, and I had no knowledge of Matrices. However after this course I am now fairly confident in my understanding of those two areas of math. Additionally, this class helped me think more flexibly in how I do math. I became less dependent on having a calculator.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the Homework, Study Guides, and Lessons. If you don't understand a concept get help from a friend or the teacher - or even go over the lesson again. Also just keep pushing forward, as long as you are consistent and keep trying you'll be able to pass the class. Hang in there and move forward.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this class. The teacher is absolutely amazing she works extremely hard to help her students succeed. She has nearly a 100% pass rate. This class is one of the hardest classes you take in college and on average students have to take it 2-4 times before passing, taking it in high school will make it much easier to pass. the curriculum is easy to understand, and resources and help as provided by the teacher and students.

    Course highlights:

I really appreciated how where giving a note packet, it made note taking much easier. Also with our textbooks we where given a CD witch provided extra help if needed. the homework load was manageable and the time and effort the teacher put towards her students before a test or quiz really helped us succeed.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a tough class and while taking it in high school does make it easier, you still need to be able to commit to and hour of homework everyday, and be able to study really hard to exams. use the recourses and use them wisely.
