    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend Mr. Wheeler's math course! He has a high pass rate in all his classes. He is super flexible to work individually with students who need more help. Wheeler explains math in a way that is simple to understand and makes math much simpler than other teachers I have had in the past. I have learned so much from him and I don't struggle with math as much! It is a time consuming class with lots of homework but it is a great class to get college credit. Mr. Wheeler is a great teacher who will always be willing to help you out even though the class is tough.

    Course highlights:

I have learned how to solve difficult story problems, long division of polynomials, how to solve parabolas, and how to do difficult trigonometry. I also learned how to do inequalities and how to solve and graph them. We also went over a lot of calculus and things like velocity and how to solve for it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This math course is just like any other math you have taken before. You will have to do homework every night and have quizzes and tests every so often. I would highly recommend to do the homework even if you think you know how to do it! The homework gives you a very good sense of the test. Pay attention to the notes also and write step-by-step examples with very neat handwriting that you can refer back to later if you ever have a question on the homework. Study the notes before the test. The notes will have everything in the chapter that you will be tested on.
