    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

My teacher was really knowledgeable. It was so interesting to go to class and hear everything he has learned throughout his studies and experience. He told us interesting stories that other teachers don't.

    Course highlights:

Mr. Rigby. He is such a great person. He knows so much about what he is teaching. Listen to everything he says! I learned a lot about European Royalty during this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Mr. Rigby doesn't assign a lot of homework so it is really important to do a lot of personal study.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend taking this course, because I felt as though most of the material was self taught. There was a lot of book work, and we wouldn't really discuss any of the subject matters during class. Most of the students in my class failed the few tests we took, but the majority of the work was extra credit, so those scores didn't negatively affect our grades.

    Course highlights:

While I wish the teacher would have dedicated more of their time to teaching, I did enjoy the textbook chosen for the class. History is such a fascinating subject, and I feel like your experience really depends on your teacher, and how well they can teach.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering taking this course, be prepared to teach yourself most of the material. Some of my friends were able to do that, and enjoyed the course. But I personally prefer a teacher to guide me through the information. Also, you will have to buy or rent a textbook for this class. A supplementary textbook helps as well. (I used the AP European History Crash Course book).
