Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Lieberman is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met and is also entertaining. Discussions are very helpful. The only difficulties I had were with keeping events straight, but that was easily fixed with a timeline.

    Course highlights:

Tons of knowledge about the conflict from both sides. Lieberman does a good job of being impartial and unbiased.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the reading AND go to lecture, you can get by with just doing one, but doing both will guarantee a good grade.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is one of the best classes you will ever take. You will leave his class feeling more aware of the world around you and more able to look at conflicts with a more objective and understanding eye.

    Course highlights:

He manages to be very fair and neutral, despite the fact that the Arab-Israeli conflict is so complicated and emotionally-driven. He is very open to talking to students, and is known for taking some Muslim and Jewish students out to coffee and lunch. Truly an incredible class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You don't need the textbooks. They are a helpful supplement, but he gives everything you need to know in his lectures. Just make sure you don't skip lectures and that you pay close attention!
