The class rotates modules throughout the semester covering three different topics within Movement Science. Two of the three modules (Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology) were an absolute blast.
As an introductory class, we spent a lot of time learning vocabulary and basics of nutrition, brain activity, and motor terms.

Attending the class and taking through notes helps students stay on track with this course. I also made notecards to study for quizzes and tests and I found them to be very helpful.
