    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

You'll learn a lot, particularly if you haven't been exposed to proof-based math before. However, expect the work load to be greater than 90% of courses at Michigan. The first proof-based class is always the hardest.

    Course highlights:

Linear algebra has many applications and the exposure to proof is important

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Start problem sets early, and don't fall behind on course material.
