    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for its unapologetic outlook of the media and its bold statements of candor regarding the news media's downfall throughout history.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was definitely the practical applications of analysis. The opportunity to critique representations of gender, race, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, religion, age and disability in the media were eye opening and will leave you never absent-minded while indulging in any media again. Hence, everything in the media is coincidental.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the required material and study at least a week prior to an exam!
