    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a very interesting topic with clear grading and the material is not too difficult. However, the lectures are very dry and you MUST go to class if you want to receive a good grade because a lot of the time she does a pop quiz at the end.

    Course highlights:

I was very interested in the "motives" section of the course. One activity in particular that we did in discussion was listen to speeches by famous people and score the speaker on their level of achievement, affiliation, and power motives based on their words.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You must show up to class. The material is very simple and sometimes interesting to read about, but the readings can be quite long. Attendance is crucial as it seems like Edelstein has it out for people who cut class, giving random quizzes here and there in lecture when she thinks it is a day that people are likely to skip.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The material is really interesting, and it will give you a deeper appreciation for the complexity of human beings.

    Course highlights:

The textbook was actually a very engaging read- it gave me a lot to think about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The textbook is more useful than lecture sometimes. Attendance to lectures is mandatory, but Edelstein's slides can be a bit haphazard- therefore, always do the readings before going to lecture.
