Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this class my Fall Freshman semester and I still think that this has to be my favorite class I have taken at Michigan thus far (not saying that my other courses weren't great too!). Prof. Lampe was hilarious and made the class engaging and a joy to go to.

    Course highlights:

Before every class, Prof. Lampe would briefly lecture us about Nerdology (the class system of nerds). We also had a larp day and he applied a model of gamification to run the class. I learned a lot in this class and had a lot of fun at the same time!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There are a lot of readings for this course, so manage your time well. This class will make you want to learn more about the subject because it is taught so well. Try not to get too bogged down about the work, this class will be fun and exciting if you stay on top of your work.
