Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Richard Rodems is a great professor who really cares about fostering dialogue among students in class. His assignments are fun and valuable for social work practice down the road.

    Course highlights:

I learned about how to advocate for social justice through program planning and action such as writing op-eds to publications. The skills were practical and I feel I can refer back to course material as I progress through my career as a social worker.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For the group project that is part of this class, ensure you like your group members and the topic you all have collectively chosen to research. That made this class fun. I met some cool people. Also, do not be afraid to participate and get your voice heard. I learned so much from other students in this class!
